Exceptional and Caring Breeder
Purchasing Jake through Dawn was a very exciting, educational,and delightful experience. She was very informatinve, cooperative and helpful. She sent us pictures of him everyday to follow his progress. She Loved the dog very much. Her and her husband, Don, delivered the dog and were very helpful and pleasant. I am still e-mailing her and she is giving me advice and directions on how to train him. Jake is full of spunk, healthy and a total joy! I would highly recommend Dawn as an excellent breeder to purchase these wonderful dogs from!

Awsome Puppies.
Love this breeder :). Transaction was smooth. I had a lot of questions because I have never owned a dog quite as large as a bullmastiff. Dawn was quick to answer. Very Informative. Not to mention, our puppy is AWESOME. I have a 3 year old and a year old son and the puppy is so gentle and mild mannered with them. I was a little worried because of how big he was going to get, but all my fears were put down as soon as we got him home. He is just adorable and we are all so glad to have him in our family. He is also very smart. He has only gone to the bathroom in the house twice since we got him home. Def recommend to anyone buying a bullmastiff. :) Thanks Dawn!!!!!!!!

What a wonderful experience; we are so happy
We couldn't be happier. We have never bought a puppy on line & had no idea of what or how to go about doing so. We saw an ad and e-mailed Dawn Lacey. She responded promptly. From the very first e-mail to the last (we are still in touch) she responded within a couple of hours. We had many questions & all were answered truthfully. Dawn knows her puppies personalities well & lets the buyer know how "their" puppy is doing. I felt as if I was her only buyer knowing full well there were others. Dawn makes you feel as if you are a part of her family & now that we have one of her pups we are. Our puppy came with a little something that had the scent of mom and litter mates to make the transition from mom to new home easier. Dawn met our every request & surpassed them in many ways. She is an excellent breeder & if she is still breeding in 10 or so yrs we will go back to her for another bullmastiff puppy. Highly reccommended. Thank you for such a sweet puppy. Cubs fan pleased with his Bullmastiff
I would like to say that " Dawn " as a breeder was awesome. She not only walked me thru the paypal process, but she was helpful and understanding when they caused a delay. The bullmastiff that I purchased from her is healthy and full of life. I would tell anyone looking for a mastiff to give her a call.

Review for Dawn Lacey
It's hard enough to purchase a puppy sight unseen, but to be able to find a breeder that treats you like you are her only customer is almost impossible. Well, we did the impossible. Dawn has been wonderful from the first e-mail we sent to her. She has kept in touch with us, answered any questions we had and sent us updated pictures of our puppy every week. I would definitely recommend her to a family member or a friend, that is how confident I am in her. Little things like a fleece blanket with her litter buddies scent and her name on a tag so the attendants can call her by name mean so much; they show that Dawn loves each one of her puppies and takes care of each of them until they go to their new home. I can't come up with enough accolades to describe Dawn's professional and passionate way of handling the sale of her puppies. It was a true pleasure.
